Through our tasting menu ORIGENS we want to share small gastronomic stories of the Balearic Islands, based on traditional recipes, prepared with seasonal products and being faithful to the memory of these. We want you to remember or discover our cuisine from a current point of view, always considering the past, without neglecting the roots, but living the present... Subsequently, Santi Taura received his first Michelin star in the 2021 guide and was awarded two Repsol suns for the DINS restaurant.

Dinner, from Wednesday to Saturday
Entrance at noon: 13:00h or 14:00h (14:15h Only at chef’s counter)
Entrance evening: 20:00h or 21:00h (21:15h Only at chef’s counter)
Service at the chef counter will only be offered at the service of 14:15h or 21:15h without possibility of table seating at that time.
Reservations must be made through the website according to calendar availability.
