BOOKING CONDITIONS DINS Santi Taura

· Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or failure to attend (no show) will incur a non-refundable charge of €120 per person.
· Reductions in the number of guests with less than 48 hours’ notice (including same-day changes) will be subject to the same charge per person as per our cancellation policy.
· Service at the Chef’s Counter is only available at 2:15 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
· Service in the Dining Room is only available at 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 7:30 p.m., and 8:30 p.m.
· We will do our best to honor your seating preference, but it cannot be guaranteed.
· Babies, children under 16, and pets are not allowed.
· We offer a set tasting menu only, with no vegan option available.
· Allergies and intolerances must be communicated at the time of booking; requests outside this timeframe may not be accommodated.
· If you suffer from one or more severe allergies, we recommend not booking at DINS.
