BOOKING CONDITIONS DINS Santi Taura

· Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or failure to attend (no show) will incur a non-refundable charge of €120 per person.
· Reductions in the number of guests with less than 48 hours’ notice (including same-day changes) will be subject to the same charge per person as per our cancellation policy.
· Service at the Chef’s Counter is only available at 2:15 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
· Service in the Dining Room is only available at 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 7:30 p.m., and 8:30 p.m.
· We will do our best to honor your seating preference, but it cannot be guaranteed.
· Babies, children under 16, and pets are not allowed.
· We offer a set tasting menu only, with no vegan option available.
· Allergies and intolerances must be communicated at the time of booking; requests outside this timeframe may not be accommodated.
· If you suffer from one or more severe allergies, we recommend not booking at DINS.

What are you looking for?

Course

Organise a cooking course in which the chef will explain you step by step how to cook one or more dishes. At the end of the course you will be able to taste the chef's creation and we will give you the recipe so you can make it at home.

Workshop

Organise a cooking workshop in which, with the help of the chef's explanations, you will be able to cook one or more dishes yourself and then taste your own creation.
